Home Appliance R&D Laboratory has outstanding expertise in life testing and performance testing in the home appliance industry. Our life testing ensures the durability and reliability of the product by simulating the actual long-term use environment and various working conditions. The laboratory is equipped with advanced testing equipment and technologies such as high-altitude simulation test boxes, high and low temperature test boxes, salt spray testers, temperature rise testers, and withstand voltage tests, which can accurately simulate various usage scenarios and load conditions, ensuring that products perform well and are not easily damaged during long-term use. In terms of performance testing, we conduct a comprehensive evaluation and testing of home appliance products. We focus on key indicators such as power, energy efficiency, and noise, and through rigorous and scientific testing methods and standards, ensure excellent performance of our products in various working modes.
The R&D Engineering Technology Center has multiple advantages, including technical strength, innovation ability, diversified product lines, independent innovation ability, and partnership. We focus on independent innovation, actively apply for patents, and invest a large amount of resources in independent research and development. By establishing close relationships with various partners, we can access a wider range of resources and professional knowledge to support research and development work. By cultivating core technologies and enhancing our independent innovation capabilities, we have invested over 90 million yuan in research and development expenses. Obtained certification from the Ningbo Engineering Enterprise Technology Center and obtained 110 patents, including 8 invention patents, 70 utility model patents, and 32 design patents. We have also actively participated in the formulation of national standards and formulated 5 enterprise standards. The above advantages enable us to have strong product and technology research and development capabilities, and become the core competitiveness that impacts the industry's frontline.
